Pointe 1
Beginner 3 ~
Pointe 1 can be taken starting from Beginner 3, and it begins with the very basics of pointework. Through repeated relevé exercises, the class strengthens the calves and ankles and builds the fundamental strength and stability needed for dancing en pointe. Because pointework requires extra care and attention to prevent injury, it is best to join only when you feel that your current level and conditioning are fully ready. This class is taught at the barre.
Pointe 2
Pre - Intermediate ~
Pointe 2 can be taken starting from Pre-Intermediate. If you have built a solid foundation through the repetitive training in Pointe 1, Pointe 2 expands into more practical pointework with both barre work and centre work. It is also connected to the Variation (repertoire) class. This level is suitable if you can perform movements in pointe shoes without relying on the barre.
Variation
Pre - Intermediate ~
The Variation class is taught with a different piece each month and can be taken starting from Pre-Intermediate. Since this class requires a certain level of understanding and body awareness of ballet movements—and involves memorizing choreography, expressing the piece, and improving accuracy—it may feel challenging if it does not match your current level.
