Please Read Before Class
-
1. Before Class
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to complete your stretching and get ready. (If you are late, insufficient warm-up may increase the risk of injury.)
If you are not feeling well or have any pain, please inform the teacher before class begins.
Please keep your toenails trimmed short, and avoid wearing jewelry (rings/necklaces/large earrings) for safety.
2. Dress Code
For classes with a designated dress code, please follow the dress code (leotard/tights/ballet shoes, etc.).
Ballet shoes are required.
Please tie back long hair neatly (bun/ponytail).
3. Studio Facilities (Barre / Mirrors / Floor / Equipment)
The barre and mirrors are shared facilities. Leaning on them, kicking them, or fooling around is not allowed.
To protect the floor, please wear indoor-only ballet shoes. Please be careful not to stain or damage the floor (drinks, gel/oil, etc.).
Black ballet shoes are not allowed.
Rosin is not permitted.
4. Noise & Neighbor Consideration
Please keep your voice down in the hallway/lobby. (In accordance with building rules and consideration for neighboring tenants.)
Please do not slam the studio door.
5. Safety Rules (Injury Prevention / Emergency)
Please avoid forcing movements. If you feel pain, stop immediately and let us know.
In case of an emergency, please follow staff instructions and familiarize yourself with the emergency exit/evacuation route in advance.
6. Lost & Found / Storage
We recommend not bringing valuables. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Lost items may be disposed of after being kept for a certain period of time.
During class, please set your phone ringer to vibrate or silent mode.
Please use one locker/cubby per person.
Please tidy up after using the locker/cubby.

1. Please be on time (Studio entry policy)
Class starts on time.
Entry is allowed from 15 minutes before class begins.
Please avoid arriving earlier than that, as we need time to prepare the space.
Entering after class has started can be unsafe for you and other students, so late entry may be restricted.
2. Listen to instructions, then follow and practice immediately
Please refrain from talking while the teacher is explaining.
After the explanation, follow the movement right away and continue practicing.
When the teacher is checking students one by one, please practice quietly and repeat the exercise while waiting for your turn.
Repetition is essential.
3. Center work traffic rules (diagonal / turns / traveling exercises)
When it is your turn, enter from the back or from the side.
When you finish, exit to the side only.
Do not exit to the front or to the back.
You may collide with the next student, and
you may interfere with the next student’s movement and space.
Do not stand in the space where the next student will dance. Please wait toward the back of the room or along the wall.
4. Please respect the order (No cutting in line)
If it is not your turn, please wait for your turn.
Cutting in line is not allowed.
5. Do not practice while others are performing
Please do not practice individually while other students are doing their exercise.
Practice only when the music is stopped and the teacher instructs you to do so.
Practicing while others are moving increases the risk of collisions and can interfere with the student performing.
6. Health & condition (Cough/Fever)
If you have symptoms such as coughing or fever, please wear a mask.
If symptoms are significant, please do not push yourself and inform the teacher before class.
7. Basic studio manners (Yawning)
Please do not yawn during class. This is basic studio etiquette.
If you cannot avoid it, please cover your mouth and do so quietly.
8. Phone storage (Required)
Please do not bring your phone into the ballet studio hall.
Phone storage in the locker/cubby is required.
